Peter Vila, MD

Hometown: N/A  - "I'm a nomad. I was born in Miami, FL, but I've moved so many times since then."

Personal Statement: I was very interested in the program at Wash U because I felt the depth of experience in all the subspecialties made for excellent training as a resident, and I truly felt I could be at home here after meeting the wonderful residents and faculty. While I am ultimately fellowship-bound as I plan on pursuing an academic career, I am enjoying spending time with all the various subspecialties within ENT. My research interests include clinical epidemiology and quality improvement, and I am specifically interested in quality measure development.
