Application process
- Apply through the ERAS system.
- Washington University’s Department of Otolaryngology offers two residency tracks: a five-year Clinical Residency Program, and a seven-year Physician-Scientist Training Program. Application procedures are separate for each track. You may apply to either or both.
- Due to the September 19 Presidential Proclamation, we are no longer able to support applicants who require an H-1B visa. Our program does continue to support applicants on J1 visas for the clinical track only.
Deadlines
Our deadline for receiving applications is Thursday, September 25, 2025. Please make sure your application is complete. Everything we need from you should be in your ERAS application for the initial review.
Applicants to the Physician-Scientist Training Program must email their research supplemental directly to ENTresidency@wustl.edu by this same deadline.
