Application process
Apply through the ERAS system.
Washington University’s Department of Otolaryngology offers two residency tracks: a five-year Clinical Residency Program, and a seven-year Physician-Scientist Training Program. Application procedures are separate for each track. You may apply to either or both.

Deadlines
Our deadline for receiving applications for 2022 is Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 5:00 pm CST. Please make sure your application is complete. Everything we need from you should be in your ERAS application for the initial review.
Applicants to the Physician-Scientist Training Program must email their research supplemental directly to ENTresidency@wustl.edu by this same deadline.
Interviews
On Thursday, November 10, 2022, applicants selected for an interview will receive an email invitation via Interview Broker.
On Monday, November 14, 2022, the scheduling portal on Interview Broker will be activated so that all invited applicants can schedule their interview day.

- Friday, December 9, 2022 – 10:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday, December 10, 2022 – 8:00am to 3:00pm
- Friday, December 16, 2022 – 10:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday, December 17, 2022 – 8:00am to 3:00pm
- Friday, January 13, 2023 – 10:00am to 5:00pm
Please note: Residents will be hosting a virtual social hour meet & greet for candidates on the Thursday evening preceding their interview date. Attendance is encouraged, but optional.
Interviewers:
Many members of the clinical faculty will be interviewing candidates.
