In August, the department re-launched its social committee. Covid-19 had squelched the committee’s events and planning, but with a renewed vigor, a group of volunteers attended a kick-off meeting on Aug. 19 and has been meeting regularly to plan activities for the department.
The first event in the works will be the department holiday/winter party. They are presently exploring venues and dates, and hope to have this pinned down soon.
