Personal Statement: I chose WashU Medicine for its collaborative academic environment, strong commitment to research, and dedication to developing future leaders in academic otolaryngology. With a background in public health and ongoing work in cancer prevention and community health education, I am particularly interested in addressing disparities in patient care and outcomes. At WashU, I hope to contribute to research that advances equity and access while developing the skills to become a clinician-investigator serving diverse patient populations.
